COVID-19 Policy
If a child or employee contracts COVID-19:

He / She will need to quarantine for 5 days from the onset of symptoms or a positive test.

He / She may return after the 5th day if they are asymptomatic or symptoms are improving (fever free for at least 24 hours).

Masks should be worn when around others until the 10th day from onset of symptoms or positive test.
If a household member contracts COVID-19:

The child or employee may return if they are vaccinated*

The child or employee may return if they have documentation of COVID infection and recovery in the last six months

The child or employee may return if they have documentation of a current positive antibody test

The child or employee may "test to return". This means they must:

produce a negative test result to SCA in writing in order to come back to school, followed by an additional negative test within 5 days or

The child or employee may quarantine for 5 days from first exposure
In either scenario, the child or employee should wear a mask when around others at school until the 10th day from first exposure.
*vaccinated in this context means 2 Modernas or Pfizers or J&J + 1 other
