Mrs. Keely's philosophy of education is founded on a mutual understanding, respect, and trust between teachers and students as fellow image bearers of our creator God. It is the responsibility of teachers to foster that relationship by providing instruction that seeks to meet the needs of each learner in the classroom while also requiring a high level of work ethic. It is her prayer that each student will graduate from Sunrise Christian Academy with a passion to be a Godly, positive and effective influence in his or her family, community and vocation. To have graduates live out the Core Values embedded in their learning at Sunrise Christian Academy, Belief, Truth, Service and Love would be the epitome of success.
Mrs. Keely graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Wichita State University in 1991. In 2003, she went back to Wichita State to take education classes to begin a teaching career. She also has a Masters in Education from Covenant College.
