Mrs. Meighan Keely
Director of Academics/College & Career Readiness
Meighan Keely has worked as an educator at Sunrise Christian Academy since 2004, and is currently our Director of Academics/College & Career Readiness. She assists all students in applying to colleges and making sure each student completes the appropriate courses for graduation. Her responsibilities also include administration and analysis of secondary student testing: PSAT and SATs, as well as organizing Career Day and Senior Career Shadow Day. As a teacher, she has taught a variety of math and science classes including 6th grade math, Algebra, Earth/Space Science, and Physics. She helped develop SCA's Engineering Tech class. She considers serving the school as an administrator a privilege but her first calling and love is the classroom. She continues to teach Pre-Calculus.

Mrs. Keely graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Wichita State University in 1991. In 2003, she went back to Wichita State to take education classes to begin a teaching career. She also has a Masters in Education from Covenant College.
Mrs. Keely and her husband, Loren, have 3 children: Jessica, Sarah, and Jacob. All three children attended and graduated from Sunrise Christian Academy.
